I still have some nervousness left. I ordered the books and read them but I feel like the exercises are hard to remember. Is there some technique to get rid of all Nervousness in less than 10 secs? You have to practice them, little by little, until they become part of your subconscious....then the benefits begin to go on auto pilot. Letīs use the very thing you want to get rid of as the doorway into what you want. For nervousness....do the following:
1. Go Into trance and feel the old feelings of nervousness...feel where it begins in your body...whatīs the first thing you feel when it happens?
2. When you have this feeling, move it away from your body by imagining the feeling traveling down from your mind into the palm of your left hand as a ball of energy.....
3. Continue in Trance as you now start to feel the feelings you get in your body when you are totally relaxed....totally comfortable and having a REALLY good time...then DOUBLE IT.
4. When you have this feeling, move it away from your body by imagining the feeling traveling down from your mind into the palm of your right hand as a ball of energy.....
5. Now take both balls of energy and put them together and merge them as one.....so that each time you get the old nervousness, you automatically go into rlelaxation.
Do this at least 21 times in a deep trance and you will find that before that or even sooner, you can do it in the moment, in ten seconds flat, no problem.
